Delivery

 

Items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Royal Mail International .

 

We aim to dispatch your item with you within 2 working days from the date of order. Items are sent 1st Class Recorded via Royal Mail, although this service is a 1-2 working day service, we can not be held responsible if your item should take longer due to an error on Royal Mails behalf. It is not un-heard of for 1st Class Items to still take more than 2 working days to be delivered.

 

Royal Mail International orders can take upto 15 working days this depends on customs and excise procedures for that country.

 

Should your parcel be delayed in the post, we must wait 15 working days from the dispatch of your item before a claim can be made for the lost parcel and a refund/replacement be issued.

 

Refunds

 

Please note that returns made under distance selling regulations must be made within 7 days of you receiving your order (this excludes mouthguards and vale tudo shorts which are exempt from return for hygiene reasons). Refunds cannot be made until the goods have been returned, and the return cost is payable by the customer. Returns cannot be made outside of the 7 day period under any other circumstances unless the item is faulty or damaged (unless due to reasonable wear and tear). This does not affect your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations or other legislation. Please contact us at info@primalfightgear.net if you need to return any items.

 

All returned goods must still have labels/tags on. If you take your tags off we can not accept the return.

 

Exchanges

 

We are happy to exchange goods within 14 days. If the exchange is due to customer error the return of the replacement goods will incur you an additional shipping charge for the despatch of the replacement item. For any exchanged items unless faulty or damaged the customer is liable for the return postage cost to Primal Fight Gear.

 

Faulty or damaged goods

 

We are happy to exchange faulty or damaged goods for an identical replacement free of charge (unless the product has failed due to reasonable wear and tear).

 

If a refund is sought then your case will be evaluated.
