Go ingame and from elvui profile settings export your profiles, save them to notepad/notepad's (if you have multiple profiles) and then you can reinstall elvui and when done if elvui doesent recognize the profiles from wtf folder, you can just import the profile strings you saved to notepad. Hopefully this helped a bit.
