WebI know it has more damage slots, but if I recall, it had significantly worse secondary slots than the likes of Seer Staff. Edit: Actually, it seems to have the same damage as Seer Staff, just worse secondary slots. So yeah, definitely not the best staff schematic. Seer staff all the way. Offense slots is where it's at.
