Since it is marketed as a "lose inches and cellulite" treatment the receiver might not take it well. I did have this treatment on a cruise--I was a model for the spa--so it was free, but I don't know if I'd pay for it. I'd rather get 4 or 5 massages instead.

I did notice a difference in tone, but as others have mentioned, it only lasted a couple days. The woman told me that it was more for detoxification of the body than it is for losing inches.
